Got questions?
We’ve got answers.

Here’s everything you need to know before getting started.

01

What is Hapivity?

Hapivity is a continuous team-building and employee engagement platform. Employees join weekly teams, complete activity-powered missions, restore themed maps and work towards shared company goals over a 4- or 8-week programme.

02

Is Hapivity a health tracker?

No. Hapivity uses activity data to power a team game, but it is not designed for detailed fitness, calorie or medical tracking. The main experience is collaboration, shared progress and workplace connection.

03

How many people do we need?

A Hapivity programme requires at least 20 eligible participants. Players are assigned to balanced teams of approximately five to six people each week.

04

How long does a programme run?

Companies can launch a 4-week or 8-week programme. Each week introduces a new team, location or mission progression to keep participation fresh.

05

Can hybrid and remote employees participate?

Yes. Employees can contribute from different offices, homes or countries because activity is recorded through their own phone and progress is shared inside the company game.

06

Which activity services are supported?

Hapivity connects with Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android.

07

Can employers see individual health data?

Employers see only programme-level and reporting information — not individual health records or private data.

08

How is the game kept fair?

Hapivity uses activity conversion rules, weekly team balancing and team-based progress so success does not depend on one highly active player.

09

How do we get started?

Book a demo, confirm your participant groups and programme dates, then invite employees using company or group codes.
